The Experimental Study Of GuiJing Theory On Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz And Poria Cocos Wolf

Objective: To study Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz and Poria cocos Wolf's effects on the mice' organs through model of mice and active substace in vivo. Methods: We used the mold of mice and the index of MDA, SOD, NO and we observed the effects of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz and Poria cocos Wolf through their effects on mice' organs. Results: They are all have selective effects on the quantity or activity of MDA SOD, NO in mice' organ either of the normal mice or of the therapeutic group. The selection applies to the theory of GuiJing. Conclusion: The observation of micro active substance has certain value to research the theory of GuiJing. To some extent, the method can reflect the essence of Chinese medicinal GuiJing theory.
