Cervical spondylosis is common in clinic. It often causes a lot of symptom such as vertigo, headache, tinnitus, blurring of vision as to ischemia of brain stem internal ear. The therapy of maneuvers is now recognized to be one of the best ways. The therapeutic effect is no less than the surgeral treatment.Among the treatments of cervical spondylosis, maneuver has been considered one of most effective methods. At present studies in maneuver most focus on clinical treatment and short of essentially case-controlled studies, following-up survey and objectively estating index of therapeutic effects. According to those problems, author adopted the Doppler ultrasonic examination. Controlled observations are conducted on the bilateral vertebral artery, internal carotid artery's systole velocity of blood flow, end-diastolic phase's velocity of blood flow, pulsating index, and resistant index before and after therapy. The study show: rotational maneuver is effective method, It's can heal and markedly alleviate patient's symptom such as vertigo, headache, blurring of vision et al. The vertebral artery's blood flow parameter improved markedly before and after treament. The Doppler ultrasonic technique can apply to detection of the cerebrals blood supply, judgment the state of disease and objectively estate therapeutic effects. It's of great value in determining the patient's condition and objectively estating therapeutic effects.
