Purpose:Explore the combination of acupuncture treatment of vertebralartery type of cervical spondylosis and vertebral-basilarartery blood flow traction pull method。Material and method:62cases of vertebral artery type of cervicalspondylosis were randomly divided into treatment and control groups (n=31cases). To give two groups of patients with intravenous Shuxueninginjection Huoxuetongluo on the basis of the treatment group using thetraction pull method and the atlanto-occipital gap exclusive needling;control group using the conventional techniques of cervical spondylosiswith cervical acupuncture, therapeutic effects were compared。Results:1. Treatment group clinical cure rate of25.8%,markedly effective rate41.9%;control group,clinical cure rates of9.6%,markedly effective rateof19.3%.2. Two groups the difference was significantly significant (P <0.01),highlight the efficacy of the treatment group than the control group。 Conclusion:1. The traction pull combined with atlantooccipital gap row AcupunctureTreatment of cervical vertebral artery disease with good effect and asignificant improvement in the role of vertebral-basilar artery bloodflow。2.
