Primary Study On Curative Effect Of Advanced Stomach Cancer By Fu Fang Ku Sheng Injector With Chemical Therapy

Objective: To study the curative of treating advanced stomach cancer by fu fang ku sheng injector cooperated with chemical therapy. Methods: The sixty advanced carcinoma of stomach were divided into observational group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases).The observational group were treated by fu fang ku sheng injector cooperated with oxaliplatin and capecitabine chems therapy. The control group were treated only by routine chemical therapy. To observe the change of the releasing cancer pain, adverse effect, frequency of queasiness, the rate of anorexia,and so on. Result:①To compare the treatment group with the control groups of KPS score in pretherapy and post-treatment, the difference have statistical significance.②The treatment group with fu fang ku sheng injector and chems obviously improve quality of life in post-treatment.③The treatment group have fewer adverse effect compare with the control group.④Compared with the control group, the rate of the releasing cancer pain in treatment group has obviously difference (P<0.05).⑤The treatment group have no notable difference in reducing of the CEA value (P>0.05).Conclusion: Fu Fang Ku Sheng Injector can alleviate the side effects of chemical therapy ,lentitude ache,strengthen the curative effect of chemical therapy ,improve the puality of living, releasing cancer pain.It is the same with the advanced stomach cancer.
