Objective:To investigte the lipids and sex hormone levels with or without coronary heart disease in postmenopausal femal,to compare and find difference, studying the influence of lipids and sex hormone levels on CHD of postmenopausal femal.Method: Thirty-nine postmenaposal female CHD documented by angiography were selected as CHD group and 40 normal female subjects as control. To compare the serum levels of estrodiol(E2), follicle , stimulating hormone(FSH), lutenizing hormone(LH), testostrone(T) , total cholesterol(TC) , triglyceride (TG)xlipoprotein-a(LP-a)low density lipoprotein-cholesterol, high density lipoprotein-cholesterol, apolipoproteinA, apolipoproteinB and B/A. .Result:â‘ The serum levels of TG and TC, LP-a in CHD group have no difference with normal group. â‘¡FSH, LH, E2 in CHD was lower than that in control group .T have no difference.â‘¢with relevant analysis , FSH,LH,E2 have negetive relevant with CHD. ApolipoproteinB and B/A. have positive relevant with CHD.conclusion: â‘  In postmenopausal females, low level of E: is risk factor of CHD.â‘¡apolipoprotein B is risk factor of CHD,TC, TG , LDL-C, LPa are higher and HDL-C, apolipoproteinA are lower in CHD groupe.they have some influence on CHD.
