Objective To study the expression of C-erbB-2 Ki-67EGFR in colorectal carcinoma and to analyse the relationship toits clinico-pathological feature and prognosis. Methods Expression of C-erbB-2 Ki-67 EGFR in 57 cases colorectal carcinoma were investigated with immunohistochemistry and quantitative computed processed imaging analysis. Results The activity expressions of C-erbB-2 EGFR in colorectal carcinoma are 59.6% and 56.1%. C-erbB-2 and EGFR showed negative correlation to prognosis and positive correlation to lymphatic metastasis. Ki67 was closely related to the size and growth manner of tumor and prognosis. Conclusions The expression of might be useful in evaluating patient's prognosis in colorectal carcinoma. The cases that hadhigh expressions of C-erbB-2 and EGFR had the worst prognosis. The relationship to Ki67 and others needs to studied further.
