Objective:To investigate the vascular endothelial growth factor-C (VEGF-C), human epidermal growth factor-2 (C-erbB-2), proliferating cell nuclear antigen (Ki-67) in breast carcinoma tissues and its patients with metastasis, prognosis, to find breast carcinoma metastasis to effectively determine the potential of molecular markers. Methods:The immunohistochemical method (PV-9000) in Detection of a total of 124 cases of breast carcinoma paraffin-embedded tissue VEGF-C, C-erbB-2, Ki-67 expression; of its clinical and pathological the relationship between various factors and to analyze its relationship with the patient survival rate. Results:In 124 cases of breast carcinoma (1) VEGF-C, C-erbB-2, Ki-67 positive expression rate was 58.9%(73/124),51.6%(64/124),63.7% (79/124). (2) VEGF-C positive expression and lymph node metastasis, histological grade was positively correlated (P<0.05, r= 0.239,0.245); C-erbB-2 positive expression and lymph node metastasis, histological grade, estrogen receptor positive correlation (P<0.05, r= 0.24,0.274,0.362); Ki-67 positive expression and TNM staging, histological grade was positively correlated (P<0.05, r= 0.235,0.222); (3) Log-Rank survival curves show, VEGF-C, histological grade and lymph node metastasis of breast carcinoma survival time of patients one of the important factors. VEGF-C expression was positive, the lower survival rate. Conclusions:breast carcinoma VEGF-C, C-erbB-2, Ki-67 expression and lymph node metastasis, histological grade, TNM stage, estrogen receptor closely related. VEGF-C, C-erbB-2 and positive expression of Ki-67 can be used as breast carcinoma, the development of the evaluation index, the three combined detection of more help to the clinical treatment of patients with breast carcinoma and prognosis. |
