Aim: To investigate the relation and interaction between serum homocysteine (Hey) and hypothyroidism, synergy lesion to cardiovascular system, and to detect some reason. Methods: Give diet contained 1% methionine to make models of hyperhomocysteinemia in male Wistar rats, resection bilateral thyroid gland to make models of hypothyroidism, meanwhile give special diet to make models of hyperlipidemia, hyperlipidemia+hyperhomocysteinemia as positive control. Then give various medicines respectively. To analyses the relation between hyperhomocysteinemia and some related factors in dynamic state. Conclusion: 1.After ingesting of excess methionine diet 8 weeks, make the models of hyperhomocysteinemia. 2.Serum homocysteine concentration increases in hypothyroidism rats. There is a negative correlation between concentration of homocysteine and FT3 FT4 Hyperhomocysteinemia does not effect thyroid function. Hypothyroidism is one of the reason of hyperhomocysteinemia. 3. Left ventricular diastole function reduced by acute hyperhomocysteinemia and systolic function depression canbe seen in chronic hyperhomocysteinemia. Low left ventricular diastole function can be remedied by the use of Losartan. 4. Hypothyroidism main decrease Left ventricular systolic function. Both diastole and systolic function are reduced in Compound group. 5. Therapy hyperlipidemia and hypothyroidism is show better curative effect in hyperlipidemia+hypothyroidism group. 6.Congenital hypothyroidism rat sserum homocysteine concentration increase.
