Objective:To evaluate the left ventricular systolic function in patients of severe preeclampsia with normal ejection fraction using two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging.To discuss the clinical value of the two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging in evaluating the left ventricular function in patients of severe preeclampsia.Methods:52 cases of severe preeclampsia patients who had been diagnosed by department of gynaecology and obstetrics of The First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University were collected.LVEF of All patients were equal or greater than 50% by conventional echocardiographic examination.At the same time,we collected 40 cases healthy pregnant women as control group,whose age and gestational weeks matched with severe preeclampsia patients.Their general information such as height,weight,blood pressure and so on were measured and recorded.Case group and control group got a echocardiographic examination,and they were all checked again 3 months postpartum.Conventional two-dimensional echocardiography was used to measure LVEDD?LVESD?LVEDV?LVESV?LVEF and so on,and calculated SV and CO.Left ventricular motion pictures were captured and stored which included two chamber,three chamber and four chamber of apical view.GLS of Each section and GLS-Avg were measured through QLAB softwa-are.Then we analyzed the left ventricular systolic dysfunction in severe preeclampsia patients before and after delivery.Results:(1)Compared with the control group before delivery,2C-GLS ? 4C-GLS ?LAX-GLS and GLS-Avg decreased in case group before delivery(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,2C-GLS?4C-GLS?GLS-Avg dereased in case group after delivery(P<0.05),there was no significant difference for LAX-GLS in both of groups(P>0.05).(3)Compared with the case group before delivery,2C-GLS and 4C-GLS increased in case group after delivery(P<0.05),there was no significant difference for LAX-GLS and GLS-Avg in both of groups(P>0.05).(4)Compared with the control group before delivery,2C-GLS?LAX-GLS?4C-GLS and GLS-Avg increased in control group after delivery(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Patients of severe preeclampsia with normal ejection fraction existed early damage of left ventricular systolic function,left ventricular systolic function of some patients recovered after delivery;(2)we could identify early damage of left ventricular systolic function in patients of severe preeclampsia using two dimensional speckle tracking imaging.Objective:To evaluate left ventricular systolic function in patients with normal ejection fraction between chronic hypertension complicated with preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia by two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging.Methods:20 patients with chronic hypertension complicated with preeclampsia were selected as case group A,30 patients of severe preeclampsia were selected as case group B.Ejection fraction of all the selected subjects were greater than or equal to 50%.Their general information such as height,weight,blood pressure and so on were measured.Both of groups got a echocardiographic examination,and they were all checked again 3 months postpartum.Their general information were measured and recorded such as height,weight,blood pressure and so on.Conventional two-dimensional echocardiography was used to measure LVEDD?LVESD?LVEDV?LVESV?LVEF and so on,and calculated SV and CO.Left ventricular motion pictures were captured and stored which included two chamber,three chamber and four chamber of apical view.GLS of Each section and GLS-Avg were measured through QLAB software.Results:(1)Compared with the case group B before delivery,2C-GLS?4C-GLS ?LAX-GLS and GLS-Avg decreased in case group A before delivery(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the case group B after delivery,2C-GLS?4C-GLS?LAX-GLS and GLS-Avg dereased in case group A after delivery(P<0.05),there was no significant difference for LVEF in both of groups(P>0.05).(3)Compared with the case group A before delivery,2C-GLS ?
