The Study Of Marrow-Supplementing And Blood-Engendering Granule's Clinical Practice On Chronic Aplastic Anemia

This summary sums up the development of Chinese traditional and modern medical research on Aplastic anemia, especially on chronic aplastic anemia (CAA).For advanced testing the effects of Marrow-supplementing and Blood-engendering Granule(MSABEG)working on CAA. This research observed the effects of MSABEG to 50 CAA patients by single-blind method. With Aplastic Anemia Blood-engendering tablet (AABET) as control group. This research observed the anemia degree, myelogram, peripheral hemogram, T cell subgroup and clinical effective rate before and after treatment and made a conclusion as follow:The effective rate of treating CAA with MSABEG hit 79.99%, higher than control group(P < 0.05). MSABEG could significantly reduce the anemia degree, stimulate the growth of bone marrow, depress the level of non-hematopoietic cell, increase the level of peripheral hemoglobin, leukocyte, platelet, reticulocyte, neutrophil and CD8, CD4/CD8. All the indexes, except CD4 and platelet, have significant difference compared with control group (P < 0.05).The research also observed the effects of MSABEG to kidney Yang deficiency CAA and kidney Ying deficiency CAA. The results showed that MSABEG works better on the former than the latter, which to a certain extent confirms the reasonability of the theory "Easy to treat Yang deficiency, difficult for Yin deficiency."...
