The Clinical Study About Fallopian Tube Obstructive Infertility Therapy Use H.P.P. Following With Hysteroscopic Fallopian Tubal Recanalization

Object: Fallopian tube obstruction is one of the main causes resulting in the infertility female. Traditional Chinese Medicine (T.C.M.) researches that fallopian tubal infertility is caused by blood stasis. Hu Po Powder (H.P.P) can regulate the flow of blood, remove blood stasis and clear away heat and toxic material, which was applied by the author's tutor. Professor Wang. At the same time, we combined with Fallopian tubal recanalization. Method: The author studied 40 cases together. There are 20 cases as the treated group. There were 20 cases in the comparision group. The auther use H.PP. following with Fallopian tubal hydrotubation in the treated group. The comparision group only use Fallopian tubal hydrotubation. Result: The study proved that total effctive rate rose in the treated group (94.6%) as compared with that of the comparision group(75%), meanwhile, clinical symptoms of patient were perfect obviously.
