Analysis Of The Elements Of TCM Syndromes In 76 Cases Of Tubal Infertility

Purpose:To study Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome factors of Tubal infertility.Material and method:All the data of this study are from January 2017 to January 2020.76 cases of tubal infertility patients were from the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine.The general data,clinical symptoms,tongue and pulse were summarized and analyzed.Excel was used for frequency statistics,and SPSS 21.0 was used for cluster analysis.Results:1.Four diagnosis information distribution:pain in lower abdomen(72.37%),less menstrual flow(56.58%),dark tongue(53.95%),dark purple(52.63%),sore knees(50.00%),dysmenorrhea(47.37%),irregular menstruation(44.74%),heavy pulse(42.11%),irritability(42.11%),irregular channels(40.79%),tongue stasis(39.47%),pulse astringency(38.16%),ruler pulse weakness(38.16%),mental depression(36.84%),premenstrual breast bilges(36.84%),menstrual clamp block(34.21%),menstrual thickening(34.21%),pulse string(34.21%),hypochondriac pain(31.58%),menstruation delay(28.95%),mental fatigue(26.32%),excessive undergrowth(26.32%),red tongue(26.32%),cold chills limbs(25.00%),fat(23.68%),tongue veins(21.05%),coloured scarlet(19.74%),constipation(15.79%),dull complexion(13.16%),diarrhea(9.21%),tinnitus(7.89%),obesity(6.58%),vaginal bleeding(5.26%),lichen yellow(5.26%).2.There were 50 cases of uterus(65.79%),37 cases of liver(48.68%),35 cases of kidney(46.05%)and 18 cases of spleen(23.68%).3.There were 61 cases of blood stasis syndrome(80.25%),30 cases of Qi stagnation syndrome(39.47%),29 cases of Yang Deficiency Syndrome(38.16%),20 cases of Qi deficiency syndrome(26.32%),13 cases of wet syndrome(17.11%)and 11 cases of heat syndrome(14.47%).According to the differentiation of deficiency and excess,the former appeared 49 times,mainly in Yang deficiency,and the latter appeared 115 times,mainly in blood stasis.4.Main Syndrome types Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in 28 cases(36.84%),kidney deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome in 15 cases(19.74%),blood stasis syndrome in12 cases(15.79%),spleen and kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome in 10 cases(13.16%),dampness and heat syndrome in 6 cases(7.89%),Qi deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome in5 cases(6.58%).Conclusion:1.The syndrome elements of oviduct infertility are mainly related to the uterus,liver,kidney,spleen,and the uterus is the most common;the disease syndrome elements are mainly related to blood stasis,qi stagnation,Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency,dampness,heat,and blood stasis is the most common.2.The research shows that the syndrome of tubal infertility is:Qi stagnation and blood stasis,kidney deficiency and blood stasis,stasis blocking the uterus,spleen and kidney yang deficiency,damp heat combination,Qi deficiency and blood stasis;Qi stagnation and blood stasis is the most common.3.The core pathogenesis of tubal infertility is“blood stasis”,which has both qi stagnation and yang deficiency,and is a mixture of deficiency and excess,“Regulating Qi and activating blood” combined with“tonifying deficiency” is the basic method to treat tubal infertility.
