| ObjectiveThe application of evidence-based medicine Meta analysis research methods: literature study included fallopian tube recanalization rate of the randomized controlled trials of the use of traditional Chinese medicine combined with mifepristone and methotrexate in the treatment of tubal pregnancy outcomes, to evaluate its quality, by using the Meta analysis method, analysis of traditional Chinese medicine combined with mifepristone and methotrexate in the treatment of tubal pregnancy the simple use of mifepristone and methotrexate in the treatment of tubal pregnancy clinical curative effect evaluation, tube complex condition, fallopian pregnancy through traditional Chinese medicine combined with mifepristone and methotrexate in the treatment of fallopian tube clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine combined with mifepristone and methotrexate for treatment of tubal pregnancy after tubal function to provide an evidence-based support.MethodsDevelop the key words, the use of computer in Chinese (Wanfang periodical database and Chinese Journal Database (VIP) database, China journal full text database (CNKI) and English database (the Cochrane Library, EMBASE, PubMed, CBM) and seven in the database lookup in 1989 to February 2016 have been published and included into the electronic database of the study on the application of mifepristone and methotrexate combined with traditional Chinese medicine prescription contrast mifepristone and methotrexate in the treatment of fallopian tube of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were retrieved. Results show, in the treatment group, the total rate of side reaction, rate of adverse reaction of gastrointestinal tract, liver function damage rate, bone marrow suppression rate, fatigue, sleepiness symptoms were compared with the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P rate of side reaction< 0.00001, P gastrointestinal side effects of< 0.00001, P liver function damage of 0.02, P marrow suppression= 0.04, P fatigue, sleepiness 0.26).3. he benefit of patients and economic benefits:the average hospitalization time, meta analysis, results show that:treatment group, the hospital ization time compared with the control group, the difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P hospitalization time< 0.00001). This indicates that the treatment group for the promotion of killing embryo, promote disease recovery and reduce the number of hospitalization days, have obvious advantages.4. linical curative effect, the cure efficiency:in the cure rate, treatment group of higher than controls, treatment group higher cure rate, the differences between the two groups has statistical significance (P cure rate< 0.00001);â…¡ in hCG dropped to normal and menstrual recovery time, the treatment group the treatment time was less than that of the control group, the differences between the two groups has statistical significance (P beta hCG dropped to normal time< 0.00001, P menstrual recovery normal time< 0.00001);Show that:Traditional Chinese medicine combined with mifepristone and methotrexate in the treatment of tubal pregnancy has obvious advantages in the treatment efficiency.ConelusionThe research method of this paper through the application of evidence-based medicine:the use of traditional Chinese medicine combined with mifepristone and methotrexate in the treatment of tubal pregnancy outcomes in randomized controlled trials included fallopian tube recanalization rate of Meta analysis, analysis results show that traditional Chinese medicine combined with mifepristone and methotrexate and mifepristone with methotrexate treatment alone the comparison, is conducive to the recovery of function of fallopian tube the decrease of tubal pregnancy; mass rupture risk, reduce the occurrence of side effects, improve the safety effect; reducing hospitalization costs, improve economic efficiency; it can improve the clinical efficacy, the cure efficiency; therefore, traditional Chinese medicine combined with mifepristone and methotrexate in the treatment of tubal pregnancy is a safe and effective treatment for fallopian tube recanalization and functional recovery, is worthy of clinical promotion. |
