Clinical And Experiment Study On The Effect Of GongQing Prescription Treating The Lochiorrhea After Medical Abortion

Objective: To observe the effect of GongQing Prescription on the lochiorrhea after medical abortion and to explore their mechanism by experiment study. Methods: 88 patients were divided into two groups randomly: the GongQing Prescription group (taking GongQing Prescription at the first day of the medical abortion) and the control group(only taking mifepristone and misoprostol). Symptoms and signs of each group were observed before and after treatment, meanwhile the levels of uric HCG and NO of the blood plasma were measured. Observe the influence to the rat's uterine muscle movementand estrogen function to premature rat uterus. Results: There was significant difference between the GongQing Prescription group with the control group in the effective abortion rate, the blastocyst discharged time, the period and the amount of lochia (P<0.05) .The negative rate of the seventh day uric HCG more significantly in the GongQing Prescription group than the control group (P<0.05) . The level of NO of plasma decreased more significantly in the GongQing Prescription group (P<0.05) .Experiment test shows that there were significant difference between the GongQing Prescription rat group and the control group in those parameter such as uterine muscle contraction frequency, range and intention, weightening the impubic emasculative rat uterus (P<0.05) . Conclusions: GongQing Prescription could short the period and amount of lochia by antigestationgional with mifepristone, promoting uterine contraction, promoting endometrium renovating and anti-bacilli function.
