Clinical Research On The Effect Of GongQing Prescription Treating The Lochiorrhea After Medical Abortion

Objective: To observe the effect of GongQing Prescription on the lochiorrhea after medical abortion and to explore their mechanism. Methods: 150 patients were divided into three groups randomly: the treatment group I (taking GongQing Prescription at the first day of the medical abortion),the treatment group II (taking GongQing Prescription after taking misoprostol 2 hours later) and the control group(only taking mifepristone and misoprostol). Symptoms and signs of each group were observed before and after treatment, Meanwhile the levels of -HCG, NO, and cGMP of the blood plasma were measured. Observe the influence to the rat's uterine muscle movement, the inflammatory in rat model and estrogen function to premature rat uterus, while to observe the effect to the APTT in small rat of the prescription. Results: The blastocyst discharged time of the treatment group I was shorter than that of IIand the control group, The difference between the treatment group I , II and the control group was significant (P<0.01). There was significant difference between the treatment group I , II and the control group in the effective rate, the period and the amount of lochia (P<0.05) .The level of -HCG of plasma decreased more significantly in the treatment group I than II 15 days after medical abortion, there were significant difference among each group (P<0.05). Though there was no difference between the treatment group I and II, The level of NO and cGMP treatment groups was significantly changed. Relevant experiment test shows that there were significant difference between the treatment rat group and the control group in those parameter such as uterine muscle contraction frequency, range and intention, as alleviating the inflammatory extent and weightening the premature rat uterus. Conclusions: GongQing Prescription could decrease the pregnant luteal function against early pregnancy, shorten the period and amount of lochia was about that its promoting uterine contraction, anti-bacilli, diminishing inflammation hemostasia and estrogonic function.
