The Clinical Research About Myoma Of Uterus Treated With Jiliu Soup

Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of the Jiliu soup for treating myoma of uterus(MU).Methods 83 cases of MU were divided into two groups at random.The trial group of 42 cases was treated by Jiliu soup.The control group of 41 cases was treated by Ru486.Three months is one course of treatment. During the study, we observed and recorded the patient's changes of clinical symptoms and signs.At the beginning and the end of treatment,we monitored the changes of the uterus and myoma with B-us.At the same time,we observed the level of RT of blood and urine,the liver function,and the changes of FSH,LH,E2,P,et al.Then we compared the changes of the uterus, myoma,and the hormone. To observe therapeutic efficacy and side effect fourthly,we followed up the patients after half a year and one year.Result The trail group do well obviously during treatment period.No patients have any side effects. Seven cases were cured .Twelve deflated more than a half. Eighteen deflated one third. Five cases have no obvious effect. All the cases of the control group appear amenorrhea. Three cases' leiomyom have vanished. Eleven cases' myoma of uterus grow downwards more than a half. Twenty decrease about one third. Seven patients have no effect. One of the control group emerge abnormal GPT leval. All the observation improved their syndrome in menorrhalgia, anaemia. The average density of ? and P decreased a lot. But FSH and LH have little change. The difference of two sets was insignificant(P > 0.05). After six months ,the control group showed growing of uterus and leiomyoma.And the other group hawe no obviosely change. The difference of two group was significant(P<0.05).A year later,the trail group didn't show any change.Several myoma of uterus continue growing downwards. The control group's myoma of uterus growed up ,even surpassed that of the pretherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion The cure effect of the therapy with Jiliu soup to treat myo ma of uterus is safe and effective.lt has exact prostecdtive efficacy.Ru486 is used to treat myoma of uterus effective but palindromia easily. It is better for Preoperative or perimenopausal period.
