The Clinical Research About Myoma Of Uterus Treated With Jiliu Soup

Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of the Jiliu soup and Mifepristone for treating myoma of uterus(MU).Methods 206 patients who went to Shanxi Huoxuehuayu Research Institute suffered from myoma of uterus during July,2004 to September 2005,were divided into two group at random. The trial group of 156 cases was treated by Jiliu soup.The control group of 50 cases was treated by Mifepristone(Ru486).One course of treatment last for 3 months.During the Period,changes of menstruation quantity,menstrual period,hypogastrium,waist sacral bone ache,leucorrhea,etc. were observed and recorded.The size of myoma the uterus and size of myoma were monitored with Ultrasonography B before and after treating.Blood series,urine series,liver function,renal function,blood rheology and follotropin(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E₂), Progesterone(P) were determined.The uterus size and myoma size were observed and changes were compared at points of 6 months and 1 year after therapy.Cases were followed up by regular visits after one year.Blood series,urine series,liver function,renal function,blood rheology and follotropin(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E₂),Progesterone(P) were reexamined to further observe the therapeutic effect and side effect of the Jiliu soup.Result The trail group did well obviously during treatment period.No patients had any side effects.21 cases were cured.56 deflated more than a half.60 deflated one third.21 cases have no obvious effect.All the cases of the control group appeared amenorrhea.10 cases′leiomyom have vanished.16 cases′myoma of uterus grew downwards more than a half.16 decreased about one third.8 patients had no effect.All the observation improved their syndrome in menorrhalgia, anaemia.The analysis results of ANOVA for repeated measures:two groupsl eiomyoma of uterus most arer before treatment was not significant(F=0.061,P=0.805),after treatment was significant(F=7.695,P=0.001),the interaction between group effects and time effects was not significant(F=0.061,P=0.805),two groups leiomyoma of uterus most arer reduce current was differences,the treatment group descended with the time,but control group was not change with the time,holding concluding of lever.Changes of menstruation quantity,menstrual period,hypogastrium,waist sacral bone ache, leucorrhea,etc.were observed and recorded.Chi-square test showed that the difference between the cure effects of two Rx was statistically significant.The analysis results of ANOVA for repeated measures:two groups erythrocyte sedimentation tate before treatment was not significant(F=2.415,P=0.122),after one year was significant(F=470.428,P＜0.001),two groups descended with the time,the treatment group was significant,the interaction between group effects and time effects was not significant (F=0.165,P=0.685),the main effect of the treatment was significant.The analysis results of ANOVA for repeated measures:two groups packed cell volume before treatment was not significant(F=0.002,P=0.968),after one year was significant (F=89.797,P＜0.001),two groups descended with the time,the treatment group was significant,the interaction between group effects and time effects was not significant (F=3.688,P=0.056),the main effect of the treatment was significant.The analysis results of ANOVA for repeated measures:two groups high-blood viscosity before treatment was not significant(F=0.133,P=0.716),after one year was significant (F=5.006,P=0.026),two groups descended with the time,the treatment group was significant,the interaction between group effects and time effects was not significant (F=1.111,P=0.293),the main effect of the treatment was significant.The analysis results of ANOVA for repeated measures:two groupslow-blood viscosity before treatment was not significant(F=2.916,P=0.089),after one year was significant (F=66.817,P＜0.001),two groups descended with the time,the treatment group was significant,the interaction between group effects and time effects was not significant (F=0.024,P=0.877),the main effect of the treatment was significant. two groups E₂,P after treatment was significantly lower than that of before treatment,the main effect of group effects was not significant,The average density of E₂ and P decreased a lot.But FSH and LH have little change.The difference of two sets was insignificant(P＞0.05).The cure effects of two groups was not significant.Conclusion:The cure effect of Jiliu soup to treat myoma of uterus is safe and effective.It has exact prostecdtive efficacy.Ru486 is used to treat myoma of uterus effective but palindromia easily.It is better for preoperative or perimenopausal period.
