The Clinical And Experimental Study On Treatment Of Ureaplasma Urealyticum Infection With QLJZ Granule

Objective:To explore the therapeutic mechanism and clinical significance of the prescription QinlingJieZhuo granule on urethral and genital tract Ureaplasma Urealyticum(UU) infection(NGU).Methods: 102 male patients with urethal and genital tract UU infection were divided randomly into three groups:QLJZ granule group(30 cases),MeiErLi capsule group(30 cases),QLJZ granule add MEL capsule group(42 cases).Each group had been given a 15 days course. In crder to evaluate the function of the cellular immunity, the T lymphocyte subsects and natural killer cell activity (NK cell )were tested before and after treatment, 20 normal controls were tested also, acting as healthy group.In order to investigate the inhibition of QLJZ granule and MEL capsule on UU infection, juleps composed the prescription were all decocted into solution, continuously diluted, the minimum inhibiiory concentration of them were determined.Results: The study indicated that the levels of NK cells,CD3+and CD4+ percentage and CD4+/CD8+ ratio in patients with UU infection were significantly lower than that of the healthy group (p<0.01): There is 95.2% total efficiency of QLJZ granule add MEL capsule group, which is significantly higher than that of QLJZ granule group(73.3%) and MEL capsule group(76.7%) in treating UU infection.The percentage of CD3+and CD4+,CD4 /CD8+ ratio and the level of NK cells in three treating groups were improved after treatment(p<0.01),but the MEL capsule group increased not so significantly than the other two treating groups(p<0.01)Both QLJZ granule and MEL capsule could inhibited the mutiplication of UU.Conclusions: QLJZ granule could inhibit the mutiplication of UU .and improve the cellular immunologic function of patients with NGU(urethral and genital tract UU infection). The combined treating of QLJZ granule and MEL capsule have better curative effect than that of pure QLJZ granule or MEL capsule.
