Study On Chinese Medicine Granule Of Ginseng On Post-operative Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (Lung And Spleen Two Deficiency) Of T Lymphocyte Subsets Of Patients

Purpose:Study of traditional Chinese medicine formula particles of ginseng for non-small cell lung cancer patients with post-operative (two virtual lung and spleen) the influence of T lymphocyte subsets. Low immune function of postoperative lung cancer patients with lung cancer (two virtual lung and spleen) of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical manifestations have certain relevance. This topic through the summary and analysis of non-small cell lung cancer patients with lung spleen deficiency of postoperative clinical symptoms before and after taking Chinese traditional medicine formula particles of ginseng and T lymphocyte subsets CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+change rule, to explore Chinese herbal formula particles of ginseng for non-small cell lung cancer patients with lung spleen deficiency of postoperative clinical symptoms and immune function, thus improve the quality of survival for the treatment of lung cancer and lung cancer patients, prolonging survival period and so on to explore new ideas and shortcut.Method:This study selected 70 cases mainly comes from changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital based tumor onset and jilin province tumor hospital cure the patients combining Chinese and western medicine cure the patients. According to the average random grouping method,70 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and control group, each group of 35. Treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine formula particles of ginseng and comply with cantharis acid sodium vitamin B6 injection treatment, the control group using cantharis acid sodium vitamin B6 injection treatment, a course of 14 days. Compared the two groups before and after the treatment of T lymphocyte subsets and the changes of two groups before and after the treatment of clinical symptoms integral evaluation results.Result:After treatment, the total effective rate in treatment group was 91.43%, the control group was 77.14%, with significant difference (P< 0.05), the results show that the curative effect of treatment group was superior to control group. After treatment, the T cell subgroup test results the treatment group compared with control group CD3+elevated (P< 0.05), CD4+elevated (P< 0.05), and CD8+lower (P< 0.05), CD4+/CD8+ratio increased (P< 0.05), and have significant difference, the results showed that the treatment group of T cell subgroup test results is better than the control group of T cell subgroup test results. Final analysis observation results show that the treatment group the test, observation indexes overall effect were better than the control group.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine formula particles of ginseng with non-small cell lung cancer patients with postoperative (two virtual lung and spleen) immune function and improve the effect of clinical symptoms, curative effect is reliable...
