Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airway influenced by genetic and environmental factors and has a strong correlation with atopy and acquired immunity.bronchial hyperresponsiveness (BHR) is a common characteristic of symptomatic asthma. Asthma's prevalence and mortality have been increasing gradually. The mechanisms of the disease have not been clearly understood. The study of searching candidate gene on asthmatic molecular genetic has become a hot region worldwide. The causes of asthma are complex. Atopy is a closely fact.Allergic asthma is promised to be immunitic confusion transmated by T-cell, and IgE is looked as a important key. IgE includes two receptor, one is FcεRI. It's regulated function is unimportant in the production of IgE. It's role function is prolong the half-life of IgE, and enlage the biological effection of IgE in antigen presenting position. When united IgE transmites singal to FcεRI, it will trigger Mc, bosophil to release medium of inflammation. Fc ε RI is polychain immunoidentification receptor which is combined with one strain of α chain, one strain of β chain, two strains of γ chain, and β chain take a role to transmite singal. The other receptor is Fc ε RI, CD23, it lies in the surface of B-cell to regulate the production of IgE.The IgE level and atopy were examined by case-control method. ARMS-PCR is used to analyzed the gene polymophisms of high affinity receptor of IgE. X2 and T or u test were used in statistical analysis. The results showed the levels of serum totle IgE in asthamatic subjects were higher than those of controls. The allete frequenceics of FcεR-I181l gene mutation in asthmatic individuals were higher than those of group without gene mutation, OR value was 2.00 (95%CI1.103.11). FcεR-I183L gene mutation were absent in asthmatic individual and controls.LoG10IgE titer values were not different in asthmatic individuals with FcεRI-181L;Allergen positive percentage were not different in asthmatic individuals with FcεRI-βI181L.Up to now the pathogenesis of asthma is not clear, but people find it has many evoking factor, such as allergen, inflection, climate, sport, inheritance, medicine, spirit and deficiency trance element and so on. We can say that many factors in our life can cause asthma and do many pains on patients.Presently most scholars think that asthma is a kind of polygene disease. Bronchial asthma is a complex genetic disease. There were some reporters about the association of IgE gene with asthma insea and oversea, but the reasons were different. The study confirmed Atopitic asthma is important in asthmatic children. FcεRI I181L gene mutation were sensitive genes in asthmatic children. Which offered a scientific basis on analysis of severity of disease and prevention and control.
