OBJECTIVE The part-blood-supplied model which was used to imitate osseointegration of vacularized bone was formed in the rabbit tibia by operation to study osseointegration of implant in vaculcorized tubular bone and provide the basis of theory。METHODS The whole-blood-supplied model are formed in rabbit tibia. The pure titanium screw -type implants were implanted in the different blood-supplied rabbit tibia.The part-blood-supplied troup was regarded as the experimental troup(A),another troup was the contrast group(B ). Rabbits were sacrificed in 2,4,8,weeks after operation to investigate using maked eyes,X-ray,histological observation and biology mechanic detection .RESULTS In two weeks,osseointegration of A troup was absored in the different degree , Interface in B troup was stablethe new bone was formed in interface of implant and bone. Comparison of grey degree in B troup and B troup had a remarkable different(P<0.01).The sawing and grinding technigue showed that the interface in A troup was reconstructed obviously. Osteoblasts were covered whih the surface of tibia。The interface in A troup was not continued,the reconstruction of bone wasn`t obvious. Scanning electron microscope showed osteointegration in B troup was stable and interface was deposited by calcified salt。Interface in A troup had crack and was not deposted by calcified。Shearing intensity showed A troup and B troup had a remarkable different(P<0.01)。In 4,8 weeks,X-ray showed grey degree of two group increased,Comparision in two groups hadn`t remarkable different(P>0.05)。The sawing and grinding technigue showed that reconstruction of bone in two group was very obvious。Scanning electron microscope showed calified salt was deposited。Biology mechanics detection showed shearing intensity had not remarkable different(P>0.05)。In A and B troups of 8 weeks,the sawing and grinding found that osteoblasts were covered with the surface of the bottom of implants. CR and the sawing and grinding provided a wonderful foundation for the experiment. CONCLUSION The pure titanium screw-type implant can form a good osseointegration with the part-blood-supplied rabbit tibia,but time of osseointegration delay the whole-blood-supplied. The part-blood-supplied model can be applied in vacularized tubular bone study. We find that the new bone was formed in the surface of the bottom of implants. If implants can for a good osseointegration in the bone marrow of tubural bone, We need continue to study . CR and the sawing and grinding technique is very valuabe in the study of osseointegration.
