Objective: Resistin is an enocrine hormone which is excreted and expressed exclusively by adipocyte, it promotes insulin resistance. The relation between resistin and CHD is not yet reported national or abroad. The main objective of this study is to observe the levels of human serum resistin in patients with CHD,the levels of HCY,hs-CRP,fg are examined, the correlation between resistin and HCY and hs-CRP and fg to be investigated,to discuss whether there exists a relationship between resistin and insulin resistance and CHD.To provide an useful evidence for precaution and therapy to CHD.Method: ELISA was applied to quantitative determinate human serum resistin concentration in 60 CHD patients and 40 healthy controls, their plasma total homocysteine concentration was examined by fluorescence polarization immunoassay in AXSYM, serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein concentration was detected by particle enhanced untrasensitive nephelometry immunoassay in Immage, plasma fibrinogen concentration was measured by nephelometry in STAGO, respectively.Results:1. There are higher serum levels of resistin in 63.3% patients, the level in female is higher than that in male, the difference is not significant (P>0.05); there aredifference among AMI, UAP and SA,but without statistics significence. Resistin is positive related with HCY,hs-CRP, fg ,TC,TG,LDL,Lpa,BS (r=0.563, 0.716, 0.421, 0.579,0.685,0.831,0.621, 0.684, respectively), and is negative related with HDL (r=-0.558);2. There are higher plasma levels of HCY in 71.6% patients, the level in female is higher than that in male, the difference is significant (PO.05); the level of HCY in plasma in AMI, UAP and SA decreases in turn, there are significant difference between three groups.3. There are higher serum levels of hs-CRP in 48.3% patients, the level in female is higher than that in male, the difference is not significant (P>0.05); there are significant difference between AMI, UAP and SA patients, but there is no significence between AMIand UAP groups.4. There are higher plasma levels of fg in 46.6% patients, there is no obviously difference between the female and male. There are significant difference between AMI and UAP, SA groups. But there is no significence between UAP and SA groups.5. There are higher serum levels of BS TC TG LDL Lpa in patients with CHD, on the contrary the serum level of HDL decreases clearly.Conclusion:1. The concentration of resistin in CHD patients serum is higher,it could reflect the status of insulin resistant, yet prove the role of insulin resistant in the pathogenesis of CHD by side; In clinical, doctor can select different therapeutic methods towards different patients , rosiglitazone to enhance the sensitivity of insulin can be used to patients who have higher levels of resistin, to release their clinical symptoms and prevent the progress of CHD;2. Homocystinemia lie in patients with CHD, which is an independent risk factorof CHD, there are metabolism disorders in CHD patients, homocysteine is a symbolic amino acid of vascular, thus manifest that vascular endothelial memebrane activity derangements do take part in the pathogenesis of CHD.In clinical, physican may be to use vitamin B6 or vitamin B12 or folic acid to restore the function of vascular endothelial memebrane, to improve the imbalance of animo acid metabolism.3. There is higher hs-CRP level in CHD patients, this prove there is a low degree chronic inflammation status in CHD patients body, also testify chronic inflammatory of the vascular endothelial memebrane do play an important role in the pathogenesis of CHD; In clinical, doctor can select different therapeutic methods towards different patients, antibiotics can be used to treat patients who have higher hs-CRP level.4. Fibrinogenemia accompany with patients who fall down CHD, which is an indepenent risk factor, an imbalance of fibrinolysis and anticoagulation remains in CHD patients, which prove in another angle the system of fibrinolysis and anticoagulation play roles in the pathogenesis of CHD patients. In practice, ant...
