The Clinical And Experimental Study On Female Inflammatory And Immunological Infertility With AsAb Positive Probing On Damp-heat And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:1 , To explore on female Inflammatory and Immunological Infertility with antiSperm antibody( AsAb in brief) positive probing on Damp-heat and Blood Stasis Syndrome in terms of the examination of pathogen, immunology and molecular biology. Try to understand its etiologic factor, pathology, pathogenesis of the disease.2, To observe the clinical efficacy of "Qing Shi Hua Yu Mixture" (QSHY in brief) on female Inflammatory and Immunological Infertility with AsAb positive probing on Damp-heat and Blood Stasis Syndrome, and try to analyze the possible mechanism of the treatment.3 , To establish an experimental animal model of inflammatory and AsAb positive rabbits by the means of simulating the course of natural pathology. To further explore the formative mechanism of AsAb, and its possible etiologic factor, pathology and pathogenesis of infertility with AsAb positive . Method:On clinic research. 20 patients according with the diagnostic standards which were classified to Immunological Infertility with AsAb positive probing on Damp-heat and Blood Stasis Syndrome and had been diagnosed as Chronic Genital Tube Inflammatory by Gynecological Check had been treated by QSHY for more than 3 months to 6 months. Then we compared the symptoms and signs, the vary levels of AsAb, Subgroup of T lymphocytes, Nk cells and Interleukin-6 at the beginning and end of the treatment.In the animal experiment, to establish an animal model of inflammatory and AsAb positive rabbits by means of imitating the course of natural pathology. The New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups, these were the pure inflammatory group, the pure immunological group, the inflammatory plus immunological treatment group, the inflammatory plus immunological model group and the control group.
