| Objective: To explore the efficacy of Chinese herbal formula-QianLieTongYu plus Prednisone Acetate Treating immunological infertility male mice. As the same time, to investigate the effect of antisperm antibody on ultrastructure of sperm and testis of immune infertility mice.Material and Methods: By injection of mice sperm and Fruend adjuvant, model mice of immunological infertility were established. The model mice were divided into 4 groups at random. The mice were treated with QianLieTongYu, prednisone Acetate, QianLieTongYu plus prednisone Acetate, 0.9% sodium chloride. The number of embryos after mating , density and the speed of straightaway and rate of live sperm , ultrastructure of sperm and testis and AsAb in serum were analyzed.Results: The AsAb in serum of all model mice was positive and the AsAb of control mice was negative. The AsAb, live rate, density of sperm , number of embryos, ultrastructure of sperm and testis of mice which were treated with QianLieTongYu plus Prednisone Acetate was better than others (P<0.05) and equivalent with the controls (P>0.05) .The ultrastructure of sperm and testis of model mice, which were treated with 0.9% sodium chloride, is abnormal . The structure of acrosomal integrity and double membrane of acrosome were damaged. The electron density of nucleus changed, neck of sperm was abnormal. The mitochondria arranging in disorder .The ultrastructure of testis showed: The number of spermatogenesis cells and organelles of spermtogenous cells decreased. Mitochondria looked like a vacuole. Limiting membranes became incrassation and fibrosis in evidence. Leydig cells were normal.Conclusions: By injection of mice sperm and Fruend adjuvant ,model mice of immuno- logical infertility can be established successfully . AsAb can result in male mice infertility by attacking sperm and the tiny surroundings of the spermatogenesis. QianLieTongYu plus prednisone Acetate can heal immunological infertility . |
