The Clinical Observation To Treat LDH Of Kidding Vacuity And Yang Debilitation With Wen Tong Capsule And Carry-skew-pulled Slantingly Therapeutics Of TCM

LDH is a common clinical disease and is harmful to the people'heath. The extrinsic factor that cause LDH is the disequilibrium of lumbago biomechanics and the intrinsic is degeneration of lumbago intervertebraldisc.The trauma and strain or congenital abnormal development of bone are the other agent that cause LDH.90 percent of LDH can be treated by non-operation and only a few patients of LDH of center or extruded and sequestered or that cann't be cured by non-operation will receive the operation . The operation indiction must be obeyed strictly because of complicated mechanisms and clinical situation of LDH,and the risks of operation.There are varies of methods about non-operations ,such as Chinese Medicine,Western Medicine, and combination of TCM and Western Medicine.The result are satisfying. But how to choose the best method is worth to be investigated.Since LDH is a chronic disease and concerning about. The balance disruption of bone structure ,and Western Medicine may treated with hormones,desiccation, local blocking ,and analgesic drugs,especially in the acute episode phase. We insist that TCM complex treatment and therapeutics,can really aim at the pathogenesis of LDH and recover the balance of movement and statics . We have studied the LDH of kidding vacuity and yang debilitation because it is the most common disease and categorical diagnosis ,but there is no ideal drug and method of Western Medicine .We will continue study other LDH according to the investigation,and formulate the simple reasonable, good effect project of LDH in the diagnosis and therapeutics ,So We can spread this method in domestic and rise the diagnosis and therapy levels of other LDH.Methods 120 patients of LDH of kidding vacuity and yang debilitation were distributed in two groups randomly.
