Expression And Clincal Significance Of Matrix Metalloproteinase-9 And CD147 In Hypopharyngeal Carcinoma

Objective :To investigate the expression of MMP-9 and CD-147 in hypopharyngeal carcinoma tissues and the correlation between MMP-9 and CD-147.Method The expression of MMP-9 and CD-147 in hypopharyngeal carcinoma tissues of 33 cases and mucosa of laryngeal cavity of 15 cases were studied by immunohistochemical method.Result .The expression of MMP-9 and CD-147 in hypopharyngeal carcinoma tissues were higher than those in mucosa of laryngeal cavity .Positive expression rate of MMP-9 and CD-147 in hypopharyngeal carcinoma tissues were 72.7% and 63.64% respectively,higher than 20.0% and 26.7% in mucosa of laryngeal cavity.
