AIMTo investigate the effect of Shen Fu Injection on the activity of ATPase in the hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury in rats and explore its mecheanism.METHODSThirty-six male Wister rats were randomly divided into Shen Fu Injection-treated group(SF group) and physiological saline-treated group(NS group). After hepatic ischemia 15 minutes and reperfusion 1 hour, 3 hours and 24 hours, the hepatic tissue were resected respectively to determine the activity of ATPase and progress enzyme-histochemistry dyeing.RESULTSAfter 15 minutes ischemia and 1 hour reperfusion, the levels of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca+-Mg+-ATPase in SF group were significantly higher than NS group(p<0.05). After 15 minutes ischemia and 3 hours reperfusion, the levels of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca+-Mg+-ATPase in SF group were also significantly higher than NS group(p<0.05). But after 15 minutes ischemia and 24 hours reperfusion, the levels of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca+-Mg+-ATPase in hepatic tissue were no significantly differences between the SF group and NS group(p>0.05).CONCLUSION...
