The Clinical And Experiment Study Of Yizhining Treat ADHD

ObjectiveIn clinical study.by observing and comparing the symptom of ADHD children after taking Yizhining or both Yizhining and Ritalin,to evaluate the clinical effect and side effect of the two treatments. In animal experiment study, by observing the activity and impulse of the SHR(spontaneously hypertension rat) after drenching Yizhining, in order to prove the effect in animal experiment,and provide the refenrence to explain the effect theory.MethodIn clinical study,we randomly devide 30 cases diagnosed ADHD into two groups, 19 cases taking the Yizhining(group l),the 11 cases taking both the Yizhining and Ritalin(group 2),and then note the DSM-IV score for 3 times,before taking medicine, 1 monh later and 2 month later,while noting the side-effect syndrome. In animal experiment study,we randomly and averagely devide the 36 SHR into 3 groups,one taking high chroma Yizhining(groupH),one taking moderate chroma Yizhining(group M),the other taking 0.9% saline(group S)And then we use the pico-2000 program and digital monitor to observe their activity.including activity time.stand and jump frequency, meanwhile we use the Five-choice serial reaction time task to observe their impulse. We analyze the statistic with SPSS 11.5.ResultIn clinical study, the DSM-ADHD sum score,the DSM-AD score and the DSM-HI score after 1 month or 2 months treatment are significantly less than before treatment, ( P < 0.05). The difference of HI score between 1 month later and before is significantly different between the two groups( P<0. 05) .The general clinical effect between the two groups is similar( P>0. 05), group 1 is 89. 5 %, and group 2 is 81.8 %.There are 8 cases who got bad appetite after treatment in group 1,but there are only 2 cases in group2,and the difference between the two groups is significant P<0. 05). In animal experiment study, the activity time and stand frequence of group H and group M are significantly less than before treatment ( P<0. 05) .The jump frequence only of groupH is significantly less than before treatment ( P< 0.05) .But the difference amonge the 3 groups is insignificant( P>0. 05) .The impulse of group M significantly descended after the treatment at the 12th day and 14th day.and the impulse of group H significantly descended after the treatment only at the 14th day,and the impulse of group S significantly descended after the treatment only at the 13th and 14th...
