Objective To investigate the relation between cellular immunity , humoral immunity and clinical therapy in children with aplastic anemia. Methods We use flow cytometry to detect the content of CD3~+, CD4~+ ,CD8~+, CD19~+ ,CD(16 + 56)~+ from peripheral bloods in 39 children with aplastic anemia and in 35 normal healthy children. We also use specific protein analysor to detect the contents of IgA,IgG,IgM at the same time .Results (1)There are significant difference in the count of peripheral bloods WBC,,Hb and PLT(t' = 8. 53 ,P<0. 01;t' = 6. 37, P<0. 01;t' = 5. 53, P<0. 01). (2)In treated and untreated children with AAA, there are no significant difference in the content of CD3 + compare with that of normal control group (P>0. 05);In untreated group, the content of CD4~+ and CD4~+/ CD8~+ is significant lower than that of normal group (t=5. 36,P<0. 01; t' =S. 72, P<0. 01),the content of CD8~+ is significant higher than that of normal group (t=10. 31, P<0. 01); In treated group, the content of CD4~+ and CD4~+/ CD8~+ is significant lower than that of normal group(t = 3. 28,P<0. 01; t = 2.12,P<0. 01),the content of CD8~+ is significant higher than that of normal group (t=2. 96,P<0. 01) ;there are no significant difference between treated and untreated groups in the content of lymphocytic sub-group(P>0. 05). (3)In treated and untreated children with AAA,the content of CD CDC16 + 56)~+ are all higher than that of normal group(t = 5. 48,P<0. 01; t= 3. 83, P<0. 01) ; there are no significant difference between treated and untreated group(P>0. 05). (4)There are no significant difference in the content of CD19~+ between treated and untreated children with AAA(P>0. 05). (5) There are no significant difference in the content of IgA, IgG,IgM between treated and untreated children with AAA(P>0. 05). (5)There are significant difference in the count of peripheral bloods WBC,Hb and PLC between treated and untreated children with CAA(t' = 6. 37 ,P<0. 01;t=3. 1, P<0. 01;t =5. 09, P<0. 01) (7)In treated and untreated children with CAA, there are no significant difference in the content of CD3~+ compare with that of normal control group(P>0. 05) ;In untreated group, the content of CD4~+ and CD4~+/ CD8~+ is significant lower than that of normal group(t' = 3. 39,P<0. 01; t =2. 71, P<0. 01),the content of CD8~+ is significant higher than that of normal group(t= 9. 15,P<0. 01); In treated group, the content of CD4~+ and CD4~+/ CD8~+ is significant lower than that of normal group(t = 2. 52,P<0. 01;t = 2. 71, P<0. 01), the...
