Effect Of Modified Five Zhengqi Powder On SOD And NOS Of Rats With Ulcerative Colitis

Object: Using experimental means to study the effect of modified Five Zhengqi Powder on SOD and NOS of rats with UC in immunology, to investigate mechanism of it.Method: Exerting immunity method of mucous membrane of variant colon, to set up animal model of male SD rat of UC. Using medicine that is authentic curative effect to pour stomach of rat after was established the model. The changes of SOD and NOS of blood of UC rat were observed. SAS software was used to analyse the result. Construe the internal principle of the medicine that cures the UC rat. To build model, choose the mature and male SD rat (weight 200-350g). Take the rat at random in one of four groups. There were ten rats in every group. Choice six mature hares that each is weight 3-4kg. Take alloantigen made from colon mucous membrane of rabbit to execute organizing even plasma. Inject the 3g of antigens to the toe of rat then inject 6g of it to the toe, backside, groin, and ventro-antrum in lOday, 17day, 24day, and 31day. Determine the exsanguinations of rat by coagulating method. After producing the antibody, anesthesiathe rat by anesthetic. Clysis in 2ml of formalin percentage 1.5, after remaining it about 1h, take brine to wash and discharge it. And clysis in 2ml of liquid antigen wash it up after remaining it around 2h. Building animal model come through about 40 days. And then feed them Chinese traditional medicine 15 days. Take Five Jiajian Zhengqi Powder in Chinese traditional medicine. Result: (1) Before cure (after building the model) NOS that is one of the indexes of immunity fall. And SOD increase. (2) After cure that of the index is opposition to the former. (3) The curative effect of the Chinese traditional medicine group is better than the Western medicine group.Conclusion: 1. Rat models were successfully built up by using alloantigen made from colcn mucus membrane of rabbit.2. The Modified Five Zhengqi Powder was effective to the rat models with UC.3. One of the mechanisms for effect of the Powder might be to regulate the levels of NOS and SOD.
