Mediation Treatment Of Rat Experimental Study Of Ulcerative Colitis

Purpose: To observe the therapeutic effect of tiaojie Decoction on model of UC rat through the content of IL-10 in the serum and the activity of SOD in the in mucous membrane of colon.Material and methods: The healthy male Wister rats were divided into normalgroup,model group,tiaojie Decoction group,SASP treatment group randomly. Model group,tiaojie Decoction group and SASP treatment group are performed by 2,4,6-TNBS and Alcohol . The all groups are individually poured into stomach tiaojie Decoction, SASP enteric-coated tablets and 0. 9%NaCl solution according to the equivalent of person to rats. It performs 1 times/day for 3 weeks. we collect blood and the tissue of colon of the rats. Then the following items is observed: observing the rats' general condition before and after treatment: observing pathological formation of mucous membrane of colon dyed by HE by optical microscope;Measuring the content of IL-10 in the serum;Measuring the activity of SOD in mucous membrane of colon. The experimental databases are analyzed by SPSS.Results:1. General conditions:The rats' general conditions of normal group is better than other three groups. After 3 weeks' treatment ,all treatment groups are better than that of model group.2. Observation of optical microscope:The structure of colon in normal group is clear and no inflammation. The structure of colon in model group show obvious inflammation and even forms severe ulcer. There is inflammation' improvement in all treatment groups.3. Content of IL-10:The content of IL-10 in tiaojie Decoction group and SASP treatment group have a obvious increase than that of model group(p<0.05).4. Activityt of SOD: The activity of SOD in mucous membrane of colon in tiaojie Decoction group and SASP treatment group have a obvious increase than that of model group(p<0.05).Conclusions:1. Tiaojie Decoction have a obvious therapeutic effect on model of UC rat,it can reduce the pathological damage of model of UC rat,increase the content of IL-10 in the serum and the activity of SOD in the in mucous membrane of colon.2. The variant sinisan, whose main effects is regulating the fundamental the activities of Qi and eliminating damp-heat, has a good therapeutic results to UC, which means the model have relate on stagnation of Qiand damp-heat.3. The main effect of Tiaojie Decoction on UC rats may be that IL-10's resisting colon inflammation and SOD's increasing the ability of resisting free radicals damage.
