Objective: To study the effect of DMF on acute gastric mucosal injury. Method: 48 wister rats are divided two parts and each parts are dividedfour parts , one is contrasted group, the other three groups are exposed to DMFby static inhalation at different concentration of (1446.2 mg/ m~3, 3212.3 mg/ m~3,6524.0 mg/ m~3 ),each group inhale the air of DMF 4 hour on every day, and alltime is 5 days , after 24 hours all rats can be treated ,to observe the changes ofall index about gastric mucosal injury, Such as gastric mucosal bloodflow(GMBF), gastric adherent mucus, GSH, Gas etc. and chiefly observe thepathologic changes of gastric mucus . Result: the gastric mucosa of all groups, rats have some bleed anddebauched , gastric adherent mucus all reduce ,Gas and GSH in smallest doseand Gas in middle dose reduce obviously(p<0.05), ALT rise obviously in threegroups ( p<0.05),that is says the reason of gastric mucosal injury is DMF.Pathologic changes of gastric mucosa in three doses. As follow, By opticalmicroscope we can see that gastric adherent mucus deduce, blood is obvious .byelectronic microscope can see gastric parietal cell Nucleus and mucus cellnucleus have break, the content in the cell Nucleus come out. Other indexeshave no statistics meanings. Conclusion: DMF cause gastric mucosal injury, the mechanism may bethe Nucleus of mucus cells and parietal cells be hunt, their complement ofsecreting mucus deduce, so that hurt the barrier of the gastric mucosa - gastricmucus. Other reason is Gas decrease and cannot give gastric more nutrition.
