Discussion On The Mechanism Of Chinese Medicines In Shortening The Course Of Disease And Prolonging The Interval Between The Relapse During The Treatment Of Uveitis

Objectives: To investigate the mechanism of decoction of Chinese medicines (DCH) during the treatment of the Uveitis in relieving the side effects of corticosteroid, shortening the course of disease and prolonging the interval between the relapse and to provide the basis of clinical application.Methods: the patients were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group. We employ DCH and corticosteroid for the treatment group and corticosteroid only for the control group.we also compare the signs,the results of the P-Vep and time of the relapse before and after the treatment. Results: 1, the interval of the treatment group is longer than that of the control group, P<0.01. 2, The effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,P<0.05.3 , The VA and the signs after treatment are significantly improved respectively,P < 0.05.Conclusions:Chinese medicines combined with corticosteroid can relieve the side effects of corticosteroid and prolong the interval of the relapse.The effects of Chinese medicines combined with corticosteroid in treating Uveitis are much better than that of corticosteroid single.
