A Study On The Synergistic Effect Of Huo Xue Hua Yu Herbs And Qing Re Li Dan Herbs

Objective: To establish a chronic animal model of bile secretion. Method: In healthy Wistar rats, the common bile duct was transected ,with inserted into the long-terminal of a silica gel "T" tube of Φ =0. 8 mm in the proximal end, the other long-terminal of the "T" tube inserted into the jejunum. A hypo tunnel established, leading out the main portion of the "T" tube. Thus a rat obstructive jaundice model with bile drainage was established. The biochemical parameters and BM change of the first week after operation of control group, sham operation group and model group were determined. Results: No change was found in the biochemical indicator and BM change of the first week after operation of control group, sham operation group and model group.
