By applying the method of the serum pharmacochemistry of Chinese medicine, the studies on constituents and metabolites in the blood of anti-v capsule have been completed.Firstly, on the basis of established assaying means of constituents in the preparation in vitro, HPLC fingerprint of the rat serum were set up by analyzing the constituents in the blood after oral administration of anti-v capsule. The original compounds from the preparation and their metabolites in the serum were identified by comparing fingerprint in vivo with that in vitro. Comparing the HPLC fingerprint of rat serum of anti-V capsule with that of the single crud drug, standard compounds, the derivation in the blood are confirmed. As result, 19 constituents have been detected, compound 1 is the metabolite of constituent from Radix Scutellariae; compound 2 exists originally in Radix Bupleuri ; compound 3 ,5 are the metabolites of constituents contained in Flos Lonicerae and Radix Scutellariae; compound 4 is the metabolite of constituent from Flos Lonicerae; compound 6,8 derive originally from Flos Lonicerae; compound 7 is chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae and Fructus Forsuthiae; compound 9 occurs directly in Fructus Forsuthiae; compound 10 is from Both Fructus Forsuthiae and Radix Scutellariae; compound 12 is the metabolite of baicalin;compound 11,13,14,15,16,17,18,19 come from Radix Scutellariae; and compound 13 is baicalin.Based on the above research, the effective constituents were accumulated by using the Macropore absorbed resin and taking the content and transfer rate of chlorogenic acid and baicalin as index .It was founded that NKA-2 was suitable for the purifying...
