| Objective: To observe the effect of Wei- Ling chongji on the G cell , D cell and gastric mucosa pathological histology in rats model of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis, and to explore the mechanism in the retreatment of CAG.Methods: One hundred Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups : normal con'trol group, model group, WeiMeiSu control group, low-dose WL group and high-dose WL group. Except normal control group rats, CAG model was established in other rats by synthetical method: 2%salicylas and 55 hot water which contained 150g/L Nacl were given once a day , and 20mmol/L sodium deoxycholate was drink freely,et al, all the factors were given for ninety days, When the model was established successfully , Except normal control group rats, others rats were treated with different medicines ,after 4 weeks, all the rats were sacrificed. Their stomaches were collect to detect G cell.D cell and observe the histologic mucosa changes by microscopy.Results: Compared to normal control group,the G cell, D cell in the model group was significantly lower (p< 0.01),and the pathologic changes of gastric mucosa were significantly worse(p<0.01).Those rats were treated with different medicines , for 4weeks, there was significant statistics difference in pathologic changes of gastric mucosa and G cell,D cell between WeiMeiSu control group , low-dose WL, high-dose Wland model group, (p<0. 01)... |
