The Clinical Study On The Objectivity Of Blood Stasis Of Postmenopausal Osteoprosis

Objective: Through comprehensively scoring the clinical manifestation of blood stasis syndrome and detecting relative objective index analysising their relationship, prove that there is a change of blood stasis in postmenopausal osteoprosis from objective angle, provide theorical base for the clinical treatment of postmenopausal osteoprosis by Stasis-Eliminating Vein Dredging therapy.Methods:The clinical manifestation of blood stasis syndrome and nail fold microcirculation scores were comprehensively scored in sixty postmenopaul osteoporosis, their vascular endothelial function (NO, ET) and platelet activating capacity(CD62p, CD63), hemorheological indexes were also detected and compared with those in thirty healthy women as control,Serum NO and ET were determined by colorimetry and radioimmunoassay (RIA) method respectively, CD62p, CD63 were determined by flow cytometry and analysis the relationship of the clinical manifestation of blood stasis syndrome to the nail fold microcirculation scores , NO , ET, CD62p, CD63, anterior-posterior position lumbarl-4vertebra body bone mineral density(BMD).Results:(1)There is significant difference of clinical manifestation of blood stasis syndrome between postmenopausal osteoprosis and healthy women with significant difference(P<0.01);(2)There are significant differences of hemorheological indexes betwee-n postmenopausal osteoprosis and healthy women,with significant difference;(3)There is significant difference of nail fold microcirculation score between postmenopausal osteoprosis and healthy women,with significant difference(P<0.01);(4)There are significant differe-ntce of serum NO and ET between postmenopausal osteoprosis and healthy women, with significant difference;(5)There are significant difference of activity of CD62p, CD63between postmenopausal osteoprosis and healthy women, with significant differentce(P<0. 01); (6)There is significant relationship of clinical manifestation of blood stasis syndrome to nail fold microcirculation scores or serum NO -. ET, CD62p> CD63 , or anterior-po sterior position lumbar 1.4vertebra BMD in postmenopausal osteoprosis.Conclusions: (1) Postmenopausal osteoprosis belong to the Chinese medicine "Gubi-Guwei" and occur by decrepitude , blood stasis is one of importance fact in postmenopausal osteoprosis for the reason of the change of its physicology and pathogenesis.(2) There are changes of blood stasis syndrome such as pain in a part ,flection and tension of vein under the tongue , purple of tongue and deep red of lips ,blood stasis slice in skin et al in postmenopausal osteoprosis (3)There are objective pathogenesis changes of microcirculation and hemorheologiacal change of "sticky,dense,agglomerate,collective"in postmenopausal osteo-prosis;(4)There are molecular biology objective changes of the vascular endothelial functio-n(NO\ ET) and platelet activating capacity (CD62p, CD63)in postmenopausal osteoprosi-s,the change of molecular biology may cause the postmenopausal osteoprosis disease emergence;(5) There is significant relationship of clinical manifestation of blood stasis syndrome to the nail fold microcirculation scores -. or serum NO> ET,CD62p, CD63n BMD in postmenopausal osteoprosis. nail fold microcirculation ^ or serum NO n ET,CD62-p^ CD63 can be reference indexes for follow research the mechanism of blood syndrome in postmenopausal.
