Objective:The genetic polymorphism of 6 STR locus(TPOX,vWA,D7S820,D5S818,CSFIPO,D16S539)were studied in Nanchang Han population. Methods:The 6 STR locus were analyzed by PCR and PAGE technology in 120 individuals of Nanchang Han population. Results:5 alleles and 10 genotypes of TPOX STR loci,7 alleles and 20 genotypes of vWA STR loci,6 alleles and 18 genotypes of D7S820 STR loci,8 alleles and 16 genotypes of D5S818 STR loci,6 alleles and 15 genotypes of CSFIPO STR loci,7 alleles and 20 genotypes of D16S539 STR loci,were found in 120 individuals of Hanchang Han population.The observational hetrozygosity(Ho) of the 6 STR locus(TPOX,vWA,D7S820,D5S818,CSFIPO,D16S539)was 0.5882 ,0.7414 ,0.7982 ,0.7522 ,0.8034 ,0.8364;expectant hetrozygosity(He) was 0.6108,0.8063,0.7880,0.7801,0.7504,0.7993;discriminating power(DP)was0.6082,0.7993,0.7810,0.7766,0.7472,0.7956;probability of exclusion(PE) was 0.3986,0.633,0.5958 ,0.5818 ,0.5464 ,0.6226 ; polymorphism information content(PIC) was 0.5989,0.7917,0.7618,0.7540,0.7248,0.7817. Conclusion : The distribution of genotype frequence met Hardy-Weinberg expectations. The genetic polymorphism of 6 STR locus in Nanchang Han population is high.
