Objective:Survey the genetic polymorphism distribution of 6 STR(short tandem repeats) loci(D6S1043,D2S1772,D7S3048,D22-GATA198B05,D8S1132 and D11S2368) in Han population of Jiangxi. Analyze the Polymorphism and allelic sequences of these loci, and evaluate their forensic applications in Han population of Jiangxi. Develop a set of new markers for forensic applications. Methods : Collecting the EDTA-sample of 212 unrelated individual of Han population of Jiangxi. Using STR-PCR (Polymerase chain reaction) multiplexing amplification and DNA-PAGE (Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis ) to detect the 6 STR loci.Results:13 alleles and 52 genotypes of D6S1043 loci,13 alleles and 66 genotypes of D2S1772 loci,12 alleles and 48 genotypes of D7S3048 loci,11 alleles and 44 genotypes of D22-GATA198B05 loci,10 alleles and 38 genotypes of D8S1132 loci,10 alleles and 41 genotypes of D11S2368 loci were found in 212 individuals of Han population of Jiangxi. The observational hetrozygosity (h) of the 6 STR loci(D6S1043,D2S1772,D7S3048,D22-GATA198B05,D8S1132 and D11S2368) is 0.8019,0.8302,0.8538,0.8302,0.8774 and 0.8443, respectively; expectant hetrozygosity (H) is 0.8727,0.8896,0.8813,0.8553,0.8559,0.8611, respectively;discriminating power (DP) is 0.9662,0.9735,0.9697,0.9607,0.9559,0.9613, respectively; probability of exclusion(PE)is 0.7394,0.7751,0.7445,0.7086,0.7053,0.7219, respectively;polymorphism information content(PIC)is 0.8475,0.8774,0.8730,0.8453,0.8452,0.8510, respectively. Cumulate PE is 0.0000000001,Cumulate DP is 0.9996423770。Conclusion: All loci meet Hardy-Weinberg expectations. The genetic polymorphism of 6 STR locus in Han population of Jiangxi is high. The distribution of allelic frequencies at 6 loci is satisfying in population studied. Present data suggest that the 6 loci can be applied as new candidate markers of forensic individual identification and paternity testing.
