The pharmacological effects of the flavonoids and the methods on flavonoids'distilment, contents mensuration, abruption and configuration identification are expatiated in this dissertation. Meanwhile, the chemical component of panax notoginseng and its researches are introduced as well. The compound of flavonoids from the stalk and leaves of panax notoginseng are also researched systemically. (1) Using ethanol as the impregnant to distil, the total contents of flavonoids were analyzed by spectrophotometryic method of aluminum nitrate-natrium nitrite. Taking the distilment ratio of total flavonoids as the index, the best ethanol-extraction technology of the total flavonoids from the the stalk and leaves of panax notoginsen are as followed: Using 70% ethanol for 4 hours of extraction could achieved the highest contents of total flavonoids, The total contents of flavonoids are 13.55 (mg/g DW) in leaves , 7.28 (mg/g DW) in stems. The contents of flavonoids in leaves and stems are different. The best period of total flavoids mensuration is 15-45 minutes after its coloration reactions. In additional, the total flavoids extraction from Jasminum nudiflorum Lindl. are mainly flavonol and the its indicant by analyzing for its aluminum nitrate-natrium nitrite coloration reactions. . (2) The orthogonal experiment is used to determine the optimal alkali water and microwave-alkali water treatment extraction technology. The first one: taking the alkali water which pH=10; the ratio of material to liquid as 30 :1, the ratio of 1 g:40mL; the temperature of the distilment liquid is 80℃, distill for two time, each time 40 minutes. The second one : pH=8, the power of microwave as medium, the ratio of material and liquid is 1g :40ml, the period of microwave treatment as 10 minutes; making the extraction for two times. Since the micro-alkali water treatment have the advantages of time-saving, high efficiency and energy-saving, meanwhile its distilment ratio is higher than ethanol and alkali water treatment. Therefore the microwave-alkali water treatment extraction technology is taken as the optimal one. (3) First of all, clarification conditions for the water-distilment liquid of the stem and leaf from panax notoginseng was studied with chitosan, the optimal technology is : the chitosan as the clarifier occupy 0.9% of the distilment liquid, put it down for 2 hours, ph=6 ,normal tempreture. AB-8 resin can be used in the purification of flavones, The technology index are: 70% alcohol was used as eluant by the flow rate of 2BV/h, the cubage of eluant is 5 times for the cubage of resin. (4) The total flavones are separated using polycaprolactam cube, then three component of flavones from Panax notoginseng stalks and leaves will gained , though the appraisal using silica gel folium chromatogram method, color production method, ultraviolet chromatogram method, combining the concerning analysis in the documents, the flavones from the Panax notoginseng stalks and leaves are Quercetin-3-0-indicant, Quercetin and Kaempferol-3-0-indicant. (5) The total flavones from Panax notoginseng stalks and leaves, can inhibit the proliferation of human liver cancer cell SMMC-7721 and altered the seasonal distribution of cell SMMC-7721. i.e. the percentum of cell descends in G1 phase, and increase in S phase. It is in dependence on dose.
