Clinical Study On The Effect Of ZiShenAnGeng Decoction In Treating Perimenopausal Syndrome

Objective: To observe the effect of ZiShenAnGeng Decoction (ZSAGD) in treating perimenopausal syndrome and to explore its mechanism. Methods: 60 patients were divided into two groups at random: the treatment group( 30 cases, treated with ZSAGD ) and the control group(30 cases, treated with Liuwei Dihuang Wan). Before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms, physical sign, the development of endocrine, vegetabale nerve system and bone metabolism were observed. Results: The totle effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, while that of the control group was 63. 33%. The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05 ). ZSAG Decoction is effective to improve the symptom, and rectify the bone metabolism and neuroendocrine dysfunction. Conclusion: ZSAGD is an effective recipe in treating of the yin asthenia syndrome of the liver and kidney of perimenopausal syndrome. The effect may be achieved through regulating neuroendocrine system and rectifying the bone metabolism dysfunction.
