The Clinical Study On The Effect Of ZiShenQingGan Decoction In Treating Perimenopausal Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Kidney And Hyperactivity Of Liver-fire

Objective: To observe the therapeutical effect of ZiShenQingGan Decoction(ZSQGD) which is from my tutor's experience on patients who are with PMS of deficiency of kidney and hyperactivity of liver-fire and have main clinical symptoms as hectic fever and sweat.To Study on improvement of symptoms and sex hormone levels ,and explore its mechanism.Menthod: 40 patients were divide into two groups at random:the treatment group which has 20 cases is treated with ZSQGD,and the control group which has 20 cases is treated with kuntai capsule.To observe the two groups with clinical symptoms of the Kupperman score, serum endocrine indicators (E₂,FSH,LH) and changes in the reaction before and after the treatment. To observe the differences between two groups after treatment.Result: ZSQGD has better effect on the patients who have hectic fever and sweat,and the total effective rate is 90%, and the difference between the two groups is significant (P <0.05). ZSQGD can decrease the scores of Kupperman in patients ,and there is significant difference (P <0.01), and it is significantly different from the control group (P <0.05), and the control group also has significant differences between priortreatment and posttreatment (P <0.01). It notes that ZSQGD has better effect on improving symptoms compared with the control group.ZSQGD may have adjust the hormone levels,and it can raise the E₂ levels . There is significant difference between prior and post treament (P <0.01), and the difference between the two groups is significant (P <0.01), and the control group also has significant difference with priortreatment(P <0.01). In the treatment and control group, the FSH and LH levels are both decreased, and there is significant difference between prior and post treament (P <0.01), while inter-group comparison , both FSH and LH levels have no significant difference (P> 0.05). It notes that the two treatments on FSH and LH must have the improvement. During the 2 months of treatments, both groups have no side effects.Conclusion: The ZiShenQingGan Decoction has extremely precise therapeutical effect on deficiency of kidney and hyperactivity of liver-fire of PMS. It can significantly improve perimenopausal symptoms hectic fever and sweat,and has extremely precise therapeutical effect on other symptoms of PMS,and it also has a certain regulatory role in perimenopausal syndrome endocrine level of women's body.
