Study On The Characters Of Incidence Of Chinese Traditional Medicine In Hypertension Patients With Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

Objective: To study the factors related to LVH and the characters of the differential diagnosis and treatment of TCM. Method: Survey by A retrospective study of clinical cases and collecting the relative data. Result: All the patients of the LVH are more male than female .The age of incidence fasts on from fifty to eighty years old mainly,while the T age of incidence hypertension is more early that mainly from thirty to fifty. The patients of LVH have more dangerous and more complications.Compare to the hypertension patients,the rate of smoking,drinking and family history of hypertension is higher.The differential diagnosis have the phlegm-damp syndrom(46.2%),the yin vacuity with yang hyperactivity syndrom (36.9%),the dual vacuity of yin and yang syndrom (13.8%),the effulgent liver fire syndrome(3.1%).The LVH accompany mainly with the blood stasis(36.9%),the deficiency of heart-qi(21.5%),and the heat(18.5%). ConcIusions:The incidence origin of the LVH is the Liver.The location of disease is the heart,involved in the liver,spleen and kidney.The insufficiency of heart-Qi is the main sign,while the Turbid phlegm and the Blood stasis have intimate relation with the LVH.So the LVH is the deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,with the deficiency of the heart and kidney and the excess of the heart and liver.
