| Objective: Develop compound preparation of Jinbei Tongbi capsule.Method: Adopt orthogonal experimental design and take chlorogenic acid content and weights of total dissolved solids as the target to optimize the extraction process of honeysuckle. With the content of sinomenine and weights of the n-butanol extract for indicatrix, drawn out the extracted technics of Caulis Sinomenii, Rhizoma Bolbostemmae. With the content of paeoniflorin for indicatrix choose the extracted technics of Paeonia lactiflom Pall, Caulis Sinomenii, Radix Isatidis. Adopt double extraction to extract the content of the dry ginger. Adopt orthogonal experimental design to choose the extracted and packeted technics of volatile oil of dry ginger. Adopt HPLC method to measure the content of chlorogenic acid in the preparation. Established the quality standard. Examine the stability of preparation. And have done some pharmacodynamics research.Result: The most proper extraction condition for Caulis Sinomenii and Rhizoma bolbostemmae is with 70% alcohol of 16 times to decocte the herb for twice (1.5h,1.5h). Paeonia lactiflom Pall , Caulis Sinomenii, Radix Isatidis with 16 times water to abstract 3 times (1. 5h, 1. 5h, 1. 5h). For honeysuckle use water to collect 3 times (Adding water amount 10 , 6, 4-fold ), 0. 5 hour each time. Dry ginger volatile oil collecing technology is immersing the herb for 1h, then abstracting for 4h. Using HPLC to detect the content of chlorogenic acid in the preparation.
