All patients were viewed at the time of two weeks, one month,three months, six months, one year and one and half years. There wasstatistical difference in functional outcome between groups after 6months at reducing stool frequency and urgency and improvingcontinence. After a year and a half, the patients without colon pouchalso can reform the well-pleasing defecation ability. It is obvious thatâ‘ TME is provided with distinct superiority than the traditionaloperation. Traditional operation cut the tissue in a dubious interface,always was disturbed, and can rip the mesentery of anal.
