The Relation Between Long-time Taking NSAID And The Gastric Mucosal Lesions, The Effect Of Dahuang In The Treatment Of The Mucosal Lesions

As people have more attention to their health in recent years.More and more people began to take aspirin in preventing cerebral disease.But many animal and human studies have shown aspirin to cause gastric mucosal erosions and enhanced spontaneous microbleeding. Chronic use is associated with presentation with haemorrhage and melaena.The author have selected 172 patients from Chinese-Japan Union hospital of Jilin University .To observe the relation between long-time taking NSAID and the the Gastric Mucosal Lesions,The Effect of Dahuang in the Treatment of the Mucosal Lesions. Method: By studying the patients that long time taking aspirin but no any gastrointestinal dieases. To found the retion of sufferer. That have result in stomach damnify by aspirin. And divided the patient into two groups.One groups taking Dahuang and Weibizhi to prevent the stomach damnify the other group taking weibizhi along to prevent the damnify.Then compare the treatments. Results: Endoscopy in the total patients without upper gastrointestinal dieseas and who were receiving chronic aspirin showed the frequency of gastric mucosal lesions to be 52.85% and 44.19% had gastric erosions, 8.72% had gastric ulcers.The ration of care are 80% and 52.78%. Discussion: This research shows that the Gastric Mucosal Lesions have tightness relations with NSAID. To contrast the realation between the NSAID and the stomach we found that the Gastric Mucosal Lesions also has relation with ages and dose .And the ration of gastric erosions is higher than gastric ulcers.And older people are easy to be harmed by NSAID than young people.We also found that Dahuang can effectively cure the damnify. Most research abroad lines of this result and fit together.In addition, experiment show that the result enunciation NSAID inductto glue the film harm ratio as 52.85% originally.
