Objective To research the immunological function of GFi on T cell subpopulations> IL-2 in peripheral blood and on phagocytic power of belly cavity macrophage in HepA-bearing mice. These will help to complete the mechanism of antitumor effect of GFi. Methods 1 The animal model of HepA-loading mice were established. 2 The ratio of antitumor: weigh the intact tumor of each group and calculate the ratio. 3 The number of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood were measured by McAb direct immunofluorescence technique. 4 The concentration of IL-2 in serum were tested by ELISA. 5 The phagocytic power were observed by injecting CRBC into mice belly cavity. Results 1 Compared to Negative Control Group, GFi Groups(conclude high-dose group, moderate-dose group and low-dose group) and Positive Group have notable difference on the ratio of antitumor (P < 0.01) . GFi Groups and Positive Group have not notable difference. 2 Any GFi group could significantly augment the number of CD4+and CD8+T cell in peripheral blood(P<0.01), restore the proportion of CD4+/ CD8+ T cell; 3 Increase the concentration of IL-2 in serum (P<0.05) and enhance abdominal cavity macrophage phagecytic power of tumor-bearing mice. Conclusion GFi has obvious antitumour effect on HepA tumour and could remarkably improve immunological function of HepA-bearing mice on T cell subpopulations, IL-2 and phagocytic power of belly cavity macrophage.
