| Cholelithiasis and cholecystitis are common and frequently-occurring diseases. Both diseases are always concomitant, which seriously affects the people's life and health. Reference indicate that bear bile has obvious effect of clearing pathologic heat and toxin,anti-virus,anti-bacteria,anti-inflammation,antispasm,hepatoprotective,choleretic and can be used as an effective Chinese medicine to treat cholelithiasis and cholecystitis. In order to discuss its mechanism and offer basal experimental data for clinic,some experimental study on the pharmacodynamics of bear bile was done in this thesis.In the experimental research part,we observe the datum through the experiment of resolving-stones,excluding-stones, defending-stones,choleretic , antipyretic and anti-inflammation. The results show that (1)bear bile has litholysis efficacy in vitro. (2)It can restrain the formation of bile-stone of rabbit with cholesterol stone induced by food.(3)It has significant choleretic effect on rabbit both normal and pathologic.(4)It can ameliorate the composition of rabbit's bile.(5)It can inhibit the mice auricle tumefaction degree induced by xylene and the rats footpad swelling induced by egg white.(6)It has significant antipyretic effect on fevered rats induced by 2,4-dinitrophenol.(7)It has significant analgesic effect on mice in writhing test and hot plat test.In conclusion, it has significant effect on resolving-stones, excluding-stones,defending-stones,anti-inflammation and analgesic effect, which is prior to the control group. This conclusion confirms bear bile's treatment on cholelithiasis and cholecystitis. |
