Clinical Studies Of Bear Bile Capsules Treatment Of Chronic Cholecystitis Gallbladder Qi Card

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of bear bile capsules in the treatment of chronic calculous cholecystitis hepatobiliary stagnation syndromeMethod:150 chronic calculous cholecystitis hepatobiliary stagnation syndrome cases were randomly divided into treated group and control group 75 patients respectively (3 cases were excluded in treated group,5 cases of the control were excluded too). During the 45 day, the treated group was taken 8 capsules bear bile every time, third times a day; the control group was taken 2 guts capsule each time, third times a day. On days of 0,22 and45 of the treatment, the routine lab examination, ECG, liver and kidney function of the two groups were detected to assess the main clinical symptoms and signs with graded score, and the clinical therapeutic efficacy of bear bile capsules in liver, gallbladder, spleen, pancreas was analyzed by B-mode ultrasound examination.Result:Firstly, the safety of Bile capsules with the treated group patients had not different in the general symptoms, signs and biochemical tests during the treatment. Secondly, the clinical effect of the bile capsules has notably improved in the main symptoms and signs of the patients, such as the liver (ALT, AST) and gallbladder function (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Excitingly, Bear bile capsule has significantly ameliorated the effect of dissolution and elimination stone than the danshu Capsule (P<0.01).Conclusion:Bile capsule has significantly improved the liver and gallbladder function as the same as the symptoms and signs in chronic calculous cholecystitis hepatobiliary stagnation syndrome. Better effect of dissolution and elimination stone has been increased by bile capsule. Furthermore, our results show that bile capsule have better safety on treating chronic calculous cholecystitis hepatobiliary stagnation syndrome.
