Effects Of Acanthopanax Senticosus Harms Freeze-Dry Injection On TXA₂ And PGI₂ Of Plasma From Ppatients With Angina Pectoryis Of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: To study the effect of Acanthopanax senticosus harms freeze-dry injection on patients of angina pectoris with the type of deficiency of qi and blood stasis. We observed the changes of the symptoms,the syndrome of traditional medicine, ECG, blood rhelogy and endothelin of patients and observed the influence of TXA₂ and PGI₂. Method : We selected 60 patients of angina pectoris with the type of deficiency of qi and blood stasis and divided them into treating groop with Acanthopanax injection senticosus and control groop. randomized, single-parallel antitheses method was used in the observation Arandomized, single-blind, para llel antitheses method was used in the observation. Results: The curative effect of Acanthopanax harms freeze-dry injection is better than that of Acanthopanax senticosus injection. And Acanthopanax harms freeze-dry injection can raise the content of PGI₂ , drop the content of TXA₂. Conclusion Adjusting the balance of TXA₂ and PGI₂ may be a mechanism of Acanthopanax senticosus harms freeze-dry injection on treating angina pectoris of CHD caused by deficiency of qi and blood stasis.
